BP CEO Tony Hayward needs to be taken in to custody for being the leader of a massive chemical attack on the US homeland. I wish the next citizen who comes into contact with him, makes a citizens arrest on site. How can a corp.. be aloud to commit a massive attack chemical attack, accident or not be on the FBI top 10 list ?
